House of Hearts ABA is seeking an executive to serve as Chief Clinical Officer / Chief Operating Officer. This blended leadership role will architect the next phase of growth, building clinical infrastructure and scalable operations while guiding BCBA teams and revenue cycles.
Ideal candidates have 20+ years in ABA leadership, a proven track record scaling organizations, and expert CentralReach knowledge. Open to candidates nationwide with EST overlap and preference for Florida or Colorado bases.
