Job description
TogetherWork is seeking an Executive Head of Coaching and Programming to set the tone for the DSOA Inner Circle, guide the curriculum, and own the coaching function end to end. You will recruit and develop the coach network, set and enforce quality standards, and design the compensation structure that keeps top coaches.
The role runs the day-to-day curriculum and teaching calendar and partners with the VP, Product & Strategy on direction for coaching and curriculum.
