Job description
Kids for the Future is seeking a Vice President of Sales to build and lead an integrated model across BAS, Security and Fire Alarm in Houston. This hands-on leader will write strategy, engage customers directly, and develop a diverse sales team to drive bookings and profitable backlog under an exec sponsorship.
The role requires a 15+ year commercial track record, PE-level influence, and a proven ability to scale a multi-line sales engine across multiple sites.
