Job description
Coastal1 Credit Union seeks a Sr. leader to head Commercial Lending & Business Banking, driving growth and managing risk from the Main Office in Pawtucket, RI. You’ll oversee strategy, lending pipelines, and regulatory compliance while developing talent and coordinating across lending, underwriting, and portfolio teams.
You will lead pricing decisions, ensure credit quality, and strengthen member relationships, deposits, and market competitiveness through cross-functional collaboration.
