Job description
Insurance Office of America invites a seasoned Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations in a predominantly remote role. You will partner with divisional and regional leaders to drive workflow standardization, process improvements, and scalable ops across the brokerage.
The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designations, with strong communication and change leadership skills to influence a matrixed organization.
