Job description
Santacruz in Dallas seeks a Director of Sales & Marketing to serve as the hotel’s chief commercial officer, overseeing revenue-generating disciplines including group blocks, catering, transient sales, marketing, PR and revenue strategy.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead a seasoned team, partner with Revenue Management and Operations, and drive annual business plans, budget ownership, and key account relationships with the Dallas CVB and industry events.
