Role Description The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is a full-time remote role responsible for leading ITS’s commercial strategy and revenue growth across global markets. This role oversees sales, business development, and account management teams to drive fleet solutions adoption and strengthen long-term customer partnerships. The CCO will develop and execute commercial plans, optimize pricing and budgeting frameworks, and ensure alignment between commercial, operations, and finance functions. Day-to-day activities include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, guiding strategic planning initiatives, and representing ITS in key customer and vendor negotiations. The CCO will also identify new market opportunities, refine value propositions, and champion data-driven decision-making to support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Strong Business Planning and Budgeting skills to design and manage comprehensive commercial and financial frameworks.
Demonstrated success in Sales and Account Management, including building and sustaining strategic relationships with global customers and partners.
Expertise in Strategic Planning, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and long-term growth initiatives.
Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional commercial teams and collaborating with executive stakeholders.
Background in aviation, aerospace aftermarket, or related industrial sectors is highly beneficial.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage global time zones, and travel as needed for key meetings and industry events.
