Job description
Wincent Capital Management Limited is looking for a Chief Compliance Officer based in Union, New Jersey. You will lead the day-to-day compliance function and manage a compliance team to ensure that regulatory obligations are met across various jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 7 years of compliance experience, including team management, and should be comfortable in a fast-paced fintech environment. The role offers a compensation range of €230K – €360K annually along with equity and bonuses.
