Job description
Advus Financial Partners in the Orlando metro area seeks a Chief Compliance Officer to design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive compliance program, lead regulatory risk management, and ensure fiduciary responsibilities across the firm.
The successful candidate will have 10+ years in investment advisory compliance, 5+ years in leadership, and deep knowledge of the Advisers Act, SEC rules, Form ADV, and Marketing Rule, with strong communication to senior leadership.
