Job description
Grand Bank for Savings, FSB is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to lead the bank's Compliance Management System, ensure regulatory adherence, and provide credible challenge to senior leadership. The CCO will oversee Fair Banking, BSA/AML, vendor compliance, and regulatory relations with OCC and other agencies.
Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in compliance leadership within federally regulated banks, a strong track record in compliance risk management, and a CRCM or related certification.
