A leading construction services firm in California is seeking a Head of Construction Development to drive business growth and oversee project delivery. This management-level position requires over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and a proven track record in client relationships and strategic leadership. The candidate will be responsible for business development, operational oversight, and strengthening market presence. A valid California Driver’s License and the ability to work hybrid are required. Salary range is $190,000 - $220,000.
