Job description
Alpha Square Group (ASG), a New York–headquartered SEC-registered investment firm, seeks a General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer to lead ASG's legal, regulatory, governance, and compliance functions and to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO.
The GC/CCO will build scalable legal and compliance infrastructure, oversee fund formation, compliance programs, and investor relations, and guide risk management across public and private strategies to support growth and fiduciary excellence.
