Job description
Hard Rock Las Vegas is seeking a visionary Vice President of Culinary to lead all casino dining outlets, in-room dining, banquets and kitchens. You will shape menus, procure equipment and ingredients, and supervise a large culinary staff to ensure top-tier quality and compliance with health and safety standards.
