Job description
Curacao seeks a Director of Customer Service to lead strategy, service operations, digital self-service, and cross‑functional execution across the Finance Group. The role directs live agent operations, IVR, CRM, and future AI-enabled capabilities to deliver consistent, low friction customer experiences.
You will own the service budget, partner with IT, Risk, Compliance, and Legal, and build high‑performing teams across domestic and international sites.
