Job description
The Marzetti Company is seeking a Chief Customer Officer (CCO) to drive sustainable, profitable growth across retail food channels. This role involves leading a team of Customer Vice Presidents in developing end-to-end customer strategies.
The successful candidate will ensure effective alignment with Sales, Brand Marketing, and other departments to deliver category growth and superior in-store presence. A minimum of 15 years of sales leadership experience is required, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.
