Responsibilities
Lead and build a high-performing data science team to design and deploy routing and pricing optimisation algorithms.
Drive measurable business value by reducing fulfilment costs and improving driver utilisation.
Collaborate with product, operations and engineering to translate data insights into practical solutions in a competitive market.
Own the technical roadmap and ensure delivery of scalable, robust models and systems.
Navigate a fast-paced, competitive landscape where several players are pursuing similar goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience leading data science or analytics teams.
