Responsibilities
Lead strategist for delivering year-over-year philanthropic revenue growth
Embed a culture of philanthropy and stewardship
Engage staff and the Board in philanthropy
Direct all revenue generating enterprises
Implement strategies to grow strategic partnerships
Support network-wide fundraising capacity building
Oversee revenue management, analytics, donor stewardship
Requirements
Visionary, metrics-driven fundraiser
Proven track record building transformational relationships
Fundraising experience with multi-million partnerships
Experience in a complex, networked environment
Experience cultivating transformational principal gifts
Ability to synthesize complex information and translate it into a case for support
Effective leadership in active listening and relationship building
