Job description
itrek seeks a Chief Development Officer to lead fundraising strategy and drive growth in major gifts while building on its institutional giving strengths. The role partners with leadership to advance philanthropic support for a $15M+ annual budget.
Reporting to the CEO and joining the Executive Team, the CDO will oversee a four-person development team, cultivate donor relations, and coordinate with senior leadership to secure multi-channel support for the organization’s mission.
