Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to build, launch, and scale a CAM software venture. You will combine architecture, prototyping, and leadership to move from R&D to commercial scale while staying close to code and architecture decisions.
You will work with an R&D team to monetize novel technology, using AI agents and modern tools to accelerate small teams and deliver a scalable product. This role blends technical depth with startup mindset.
