Shaner Hotels is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead the Engineering Department for the Compass Hotel by Margaritaville Beaufort in NC. You will oversee maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance while guiding a skilled team through opening operations.
The role requires hands-on leadership, budget management, and deep knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems. You will coordinate with departments and vendors to deliver a first-rate guest experience.
