Job description
Albers Aerospace is seeking a Chief Engineer/Deputy Chief Technology Officer to lead technical integrity and engineering readiness across hardware, mission systems, and manufacturing. You will set engineering strategy, oversee risk, and ensure readiness from concept to sustainment.
You will bridge design, systems integration, and production, guiding senior engineers while maintaining speed, ownership, and customer focus in a complex defense environment. On-site collaboration is required.
