Job description
RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead the Maritime Strike Tomahawk seeker program, directing a large engineering team to deliver complex RF sensor systems. You will drive multi-disciplinary execution, coordinate with customers, and ensure milestones are met on major contracts.
Ideal candidates will have 12+ years of STEM experience, Level 4+ Chief Engineer background, and active Top Secret clearance. The role is onsite in Tucson with relocation and excellent benefits.
