Turn complex building plans into well-supported bid decisions. HRH Search is recruiting an estimating leader who can review the numbers, challenge assumptions and guide an estimating team while remaining closely involved in the work.

Your focus
• Develop pricing for concrete-intensive building work, from early budgets through final submissions.
• Examine drawings and supplier quotes to catch missing scope, unrealistic quantities and cost exposure.
• Coach estimators, review their work and explain pricing recommendations to company leadership.
• Bring construction teams into the estimating process so awarded work has a clear starting point.
What will help you succeed
• A substantial track record estimating structural concrete or shell packages for complex buildings.
• Experience reviewing other estimators’ work, plus the ability to prepare estimates yourself.
• Confidence with takeoff applications, spreadsheets and the commercial decisions behind a bid.
• Experience with Florida construction practices is useful. Strong candidates from other markets who can work locally are also welcome. xavwley
