About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead DiceBreaker Books into its next phase of growth. The CEO will be responsible for setting strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the company’s creative and financial ecosystems remain tightly integrated. This role requires a rare blend of entrepreneurial spirit, financial acumen, and narrative imagination.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the company’s long‑term vision, balancing creative innovation with sustainable growth.
Oversee all business units: publishing, SaaS development, finance tools, and content ecosystems.

Lead fundraising, investor relations, and financial stewardship.

Represent DiceBreaker Books publicly—on platforms, at events, and in thought leadership spaces.
Qualifications
Proven executive leadership experience (CEO, COO, or equivalent).
Strong background in finance, SaaS, or creative industries.
Demonstrated ability to scale startups or high‑growth ventures.
Exceptional communication and branding skills.
Comfort with iterative workflows, rapid deployment, and cross‑disciplinary collaboration.
