Job description
This executive leadership role drives the strategic vision and operational execution of a next-generation energy storage platform. Responsible for translating breakthrough hardware technology and market opportunities into a scalable, profitable business, this position leads the transition from technology validation to full commercialization. The role involves overseeing capital strategy, driving commercial growth across target markets, and building a high-performing senior leadership team. By championing operational rigor and product craftsmanship, this leader will establish manufacturing capacity and secure strategic partnerships globally.
Responsibilities
Set and execute the strategic vision, translating technology and market opportunities into a scalable, profitable business.
Build and lead a senior leadership team across product design, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and finance.
Drive commercial growth across target markets, including data centers, utilities, telecommunications, and critical infrastructure.
Oversee fundraising, investor relations, and capital strategy in partnership with the Board.
Champion a culture of excellence, innovation, and product craftsmanship while ensuring operational rigor across engineering and supply chain execution.
Represent the business externally with investors, customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in executive leadership roles within the cleantech or energy storage sectors.
Proven track record in strategic planning, fundraising, and investor relations.
Deep expertise in hardware product development and supply chain management.
C2 English level or higher.
Hands-on experience with Business Strategy, Financial Planning, Corporate Governance.
