Position Summary
The CEO drives long-range strategy, revenue growth, and culture for a modern law practice—transforming legal talent into a scalable business that delights clients and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities
Craft and execute 3- and 5-year strategic plans aligned with profitability and client-service KPIs.
Lead the C-suite (COO, Marketing, HR, Finance) and report to firm partners.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation, ensuring disciplined growth.
Champion reputation management, community outreach, and media relations to keep My Rights Law top-of-mind for referrals.
Qualifications
10+ years senior leadership in legal or professional services.
Proven record scaling people-centric organizations and building high-performing teams.
MBA, JD, or comparable executive credential preferred.
