Chief Executive Officer – Leading National Private Equity-Backed Residential Services Platform
Our client is a leading national residential services company that is cementing its position as the national category leader. We are seeking a process-driven, growth-oriented CEO to lead the company through a disciplined buy-and-build strategy, creating an opportunity to scale a multi-state organization through organic growth, acquisitions, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate has proven residential services experience and a track record of working effectively with owner/operators in decentralized environments. They are a strong operator who can lead through influence, build trust, implement scalable processes, and drive accountability without losing the entrepreneurial culture of the business.
Experience scaling multi-location businesses, integrating acquisitions, delivering results and leading a successful exit in a private equity-backed environment is highly desirable.
An attractive compensation package including base salary, performance bonus, and equity participation will be on offer.
