Job description
RBR Alliance, Inc. seeks a visionary Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic leadership and comprehensive administrative services across four nonprofit agencies. The CEO will align programs with board policies, oversee budgets, and foster community partnerships to maximize societal impact. Location: Georgetown, IN.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7–10 years of senior leadership in human services or nonprofit management. Master’s degree is preferred.
