Company Description FinderlyFix: AI Home Repair Assistant is an all-in-one home improvement platform that connects users with trusted home repair professionals, AI-powered diagnostics, and step-by-step DIY guidance. The app enables homeowners to quickly “snap it, fix it” by identifying issues through images and receiving tailored solutions. FinderlyFix focuses on making home maintenance more accessible, efficient, and transparent.
Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at FinderlyFix will provide strategic leadership and drive growth for the AI home repair platform. This part-time, remote role involves overseeing financial performance, guiding business planning, and aligning operations with long-term objectives. The CEO will collaborate with leadership to optimize product development, improve user and provider experience, and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Finance and Business Planning, with the ability to manage budgets, forecast growth, and support funding strategies.
Proficiency in Operations Management and Strategic Planning to streamline processes and guide long-term organizational direction.
Strong background in Sales and business development, with experience building partnerships and expanding market presence.
Proven leadership experience in a startup or technology-driven environment, ideally within consumer apps or home services.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
