Alpha is hiring a Director Of Family Engagement to own the relationship with families on campus, lead tough conversations, and defend the school model alongside Guides. This role requires 5+ years of experience building high-trust family relationships, exceptional communication, and a willingness to own growth, retention, and community life.
On-site at multiple campuses, including Las Vegas, with relocation support available.
