Job description
Alpha is hiring for a Director of Family Engagement to own the parent-facing side of a leadership partnership with Guides. You will tell families no when needed, defend the Alpha model, and own outcomes for trust, retention, and advocacy across campus communities.
You will collaborate with Guides to align before/after conversations, protect coaching relationships, and handle high-stakes decisions in ambiguous situations.
