Job description
NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Director of Finance & Systems to join our client's team in Longwood, FL . This is a hybrid, direct hire position.
SALARY: $100,000-$115,000 (depending on experience)

Requirements
Strong nonprofit finance experience
Accounting/financial operations background
Knowledge of ASC 958
Experience managing financials for a growing organization
Systems and IT aptitude - software and hardware
Ability to analyze financial data for decision-making
Hands-on leadership style
Comfortable working around children with autism in active environments
Responsibilities
Lead finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Manage audit and nonprofit accounting compliance
Oversee finance team including a Finance Coordinator and Billing Specialists
Manage financial systems, technology infrastructure, and integrations
Improve reporting and data visibility
Manage vendors and technology systems, troubleshoot issues, and assess organizational needs
Develop scalable processes for future expansion
Partner with leadership on growth strategies
