Chief Financial Officer / Family Office
Location: Denver, CO
My client is seeking a highly trusted, hands‑on CFO to lead the financial operations of both an operating company and sophisticated family‑office activities. This high‑impact role blends strategic counsel to ownership with direct oversight of complex accounting, investments, real estate, liquidity, and multi-entity finances.

Coordinate tax, audit, estate‑planning, and compliance activities
Advise ownership on investments, acquisitions, financing, risk, and strategic decisions
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline; CPA strongly preferred
Deep GAAP and full‑cycle accounting expertise
Skilled in multi‑entity and complex ownership structures
Advanced accounting software and Microsoft Excel proficiency
Highly discreet, hands‑on, analytical, and detail‑oriented
