The hospital is completing a full financial turnaround and will soon be positioned with a clean financial slate and long-term profitability.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to guide PRMC into its next stage of growth and stability. This is an outstanding role for an experienced healthcare CFO—or for a strong Controller/Finance Director ready to step up into the CFO seat.
You’ll work closely with a collaborative CEO and leadership team, in a hospital environment that values accountability, transparency, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with PPS (Prospective Payment System) reimbursement guidelines.
Monitor financial performance, implement strategies for profitability, and drive efficiency.
Partner with leadership to align financial strategy with hospital goals.
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and long-term sustainability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master’s/CPA preferred.
Prior healthcare finance leadership experience (hospital/health system preferred).
Strong understanding of hospital reimbursement (PPS experience is a plus).
Strategic mindset with proven ability to improve financial performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Must live within driving distance of Andrews, TX.
