Senior Partner at SNI Financial (formerly Q&A Recruiting)

Experience Required
12+ years’ accounting/finance experience in fast‑paced environments
Manufacturing industry experience required including heavy inventory experience
Extensive cash forecasting experience
PE‑owned portfolio company leadership experience is preferred
CPA preferred (can be inactive)
Prior Controller experience required
Responsibilities
Contributing to scalable revenue growth
Improving processes
Oversee financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting & forecasting
Serve as PE firm contact – fast‑paced leader with excellent soft skills required!
