Overview
Chief Financial Officer

What You’ll Do
Lead all things finance: accounting, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
Oversee financial reporting, audits, and cash flow management
Keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes

Be Strategic
Partner with the CEO and leadership team on big-picture planning
Turn financial data into insights that drive smart decisions
Identify growth opportunities and improve operational efficiency
Lead & Inspire
Manage and develop the Finance and Grants teams
Build strong systems, processes, and future leaders
Serve as the organization’s go-to financial expert
Work with lenders, auditors, and funding partners
Ensure compliance with grants, regulations, and reporting requirements
Plan for the Future
Guide budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking
Support board and finance committee reporting
Help shape long-term organizational strategy
What Makes You a Great Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus)
CPA, CFA, or similar credential preferred
Proven leadership experience in senior financial roles
Strong skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and risk management
Experience with financial systems (QuickBooks + MS Office)
A natural leader with excellent communication skills
High integrity and a passion for mission-driven work
