Job description
CI search has been engaged with a global, multibillion-dollar manufacturing and commodities organization to identify a Regional CFO to oversee finance across North and Latin America. This is a highly visible executive leadership opportunity with direct exposure to regional and global leadership, offering the chance to influence strategy, drive business performance, and lead a high-performing finance organization.

We're looking for executives who have:
CPA or Chartered Accountant (CA)
18+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
Experience leading finance within a large multinational organization
Background supporting multiple countries and complex global operations
Experience in manufacturing, commodities, agriculture, food & beverage, logistics, or supply chain
Expertise across FP&A, treasury, accounting, tax, internal controls, commercial finance, and strategic business partnering
Previous CFO experience is not required. We're open to accomplished finance leaders who have demonstrated progressive growth and are ready to step into a Regional CFO role.
