Job description
Renew Home Health is currently seeking a results oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our growing team. While overseeing the overall accounting process, the successful CFO will play a key role in developing and implementing procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of the company. The ideal candidate for this role is a well-rounded executive with 10+ years managing an accounting staff in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
Implement accounting control systems and oversee staff
Direct preparation of periodic financial reports and external audit
Ensure accuracy of all financial reports and external billing
Ensure compliance with the GAAP and agency’s policies
Qualifications
Proven success as CFO, or relevant role in accrual environment
Significantknowledge of data analysis and presentation
Strong leadership and communication skills
BS in Accounting from major University; MBA/CPA is a plus
