Provide financial oversight of the 340B Drug Pricing Program and ensure appropriate compliance and reporting.

Coordinate and oversee financial audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings and recommendations.

Maintain appropriate internal controls and financial policies and procedures.

Revenue Cycle Management

Provide strategic oversight of the organization's revenue cycle and reimbursement processes.

Oversee billing, coding, claims submission, collections, reimbursement, and accounts receivable.

Monitor key revenue cycle performance indicators, including denial rates, clean claim rates, days in accounts receivable, and net collections.

Identify opportunities to improve revenue cycle performance and reduce revenue leakage.

Analyze payer contracts and reimbursement arrangements and make recommendations regarding financial performance and sustainability.

Accounting & Financial Operations

Provide leadership and oversight of accounting operations, including financial reporting, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management.

Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

Establish and maintain effective financial controls and processes.

Oversee the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against approved budgets.

Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the organization's financial records.

Grants & Program Financial Management

Provide oversight of grant accounting, financial reporting, and compliance for federal, state, and local funding sources.

Work collaboratively with leadership and program staff to ensure grant expenditures are appropriately monitored and reported.

Evaluate the financial sustainability of new programs, service lines, partnerships, and other strategic opportunities.

Provide financial guidance related to grant applications, program development, and expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in healthcare financial management, preferably within an FQHC or similar healthcare organization.

Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, including Medicare and Medicaid.

Why Join CHCCMO?

At CHCCMO, financial leadership is about more than numbers. It is about helping ensure that our organization remains strong, sustainable, and positioned to provide accessible, high-quality healthcare to the communities we serve.

The CFO will have the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated leadership team and make a meaningful impact on the organization’s future while supporting CHCCMO’s mission of embracing people and inspiring health.

If you are an experienced healthcare finance professional who is passionate about mission-driven healthcare, strategic leadership, and organizational sustainability, we invite you to consider joining the CHCCMO team.
