Team Lead - Recruitment (Canada and USA)
Job Summary:
Oversee the preparation and submission of financial budgeting, analysis and improving the overall strength of the agency.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations. Analyze the company's financial strengths and weaknesses.
Demonstrate strategic planning, risk management, leadership qualities, communication skills, sound decision-making, and emotional intelligence.
Experience with Abila Accounting software is a major plus!
Previous CSB experience is a plus.
Master’s degree in Accounting and relevant experience
