Since launching earlier this year, the PE sponsor has completed multiple acquisitions with plans for continued investment over the coming years. This is an opportunity for a proven private equity CFO to step into a rapidly scaling construction & engineering services business and partner closely with the PE sponsor and management team to build the financial foundation required to support accelerated growth, integration, and transaction readiness.

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and controls, bringing rigor and discipline to a PE-backed operating environment
Establish scalable systems, reporting, and processes to support rapid growth, acquisition integration, and transaction readiness
Own the financial execution of M&A, including diligence support, deal modeling, integration, and post-acquisition performance tracking. Forge relationships with business owners / sellers.
