Capital Strategy & Private Equity Alignment: Partner with private equity sponsors, institutional investors, and financial partners to optimize capital allocation and maximize return on investment.

Revenue Growth & Monetization Strategies: Drive strategic initiatives that unlock new revenue streams, enhance pricing models, and optimize unit economics for long-term profitability.

Enterprise-Wide Financial Oversight: Oversee all aspects of FP&A, treasury, risk management, compliance, and corporate governance to ensure financial integrity and resilience.

Leadership & Talent Development: Build and lead a high-performing finance organization, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.

M&A and Capital Markets Execution: Lead financial due diligence, integration strategies, and post-merger financial optimization for strategic acquisitions.

Regulatory & Risk Management: Ensure best-in-class financial compliance, tax optimization, and risk mitigation strategies aligned with both domestic and international regulatory frameworks.

CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional designation is highly desirable.
