Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance
MBA, MHA, CPA, or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of senior healthcare financial leadership experience.
Minimum 5 years as CFO, Deputy CFO, or equivalent role.
Salary Range
500K - 600K
Responsibilities
Develop long-range financial forecasts and strategic plans.
Present financial performance and recommendations to the Board of Trustees.
Revenue Cycle Management
Establish performance metrics for billing, collections, and cash acceleration.
Monitor payer performance and reimbursement trends.
Government Reimbursement
Lead Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement strategy.
Maximize supplemental funding opportunities.
Manage relationships with governmental agencies and regulators.
Operational Finance
Managed Care and Payer Contracting.
Physician compensation and productivity analyses.
Collaborate with clinical leadership on operational improvement initiatives.
Capital and Facilities Finance
Develop infrastructure investment strategies.
Evaluate capital expenditures and return on investment.
Assist in grant procurement and financing initiatives.
