Rapidly growing multi-strategy alternative investment platform seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its senior leadership team.
Founded just a few years ago, the firm has scaled to approximately $600MM in AUM across a diverse mix of long/short and illiquid investment strategies. The organization maintains a highly sophisticated infrastructure while operating with the agility and entrepreneurial spirit of a lean team.
Highlights of the opportunity
Senior leadership role reporting directly to firm principals
Oversight across hedge funds, SMAs, SPVs, and affiliated entities
Exposure to equities, credit, derivatives, and private/illiquid investments
Opportunity to build and enhance institutional‑grade finance, operations, and reporting infrastructure
Broad mandate spanning fund accounting, treasury, investor reporting, tax coordination, systems implementation, and strategic business partnership
Hybrid schedule (2 days in office)
Target total compensation: $400K–$500K
Targeting a hands‑on CFO or senior finance executive with deep alternative asset management experience and a track record of operating successfully in entrepreneurial, high‑growth environments.
