Job description
CFO opportunity with a $15B+ AUM Private Equity Infrastructure Fund located in Manhattan. They take a long-term private equity approach and are seeking an experienced CFO or Controller who can step in and make an immediate impact from day one.
COMPENSATION:
Total Compensation - $500k to $750k (stretch me on comp)
*** Commensurate with experience
*** Potential for day one equity - open for negotiation
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and review all general ledger activity, financial postings, and entity-level financial statements to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting entities.
Coordinate with external auditors and accountants during audit and review cycles, ensuring completeness, compliance, and integrity of all financial reporting deliverables.
Maintain oversight of investment valuation processes and cash flow tracking across all investment portfolios.
Review and approve Statements of Financial Position, partner allocations, performance and override fee calculations, and investment return reporting packages.
Present financial results, investment performance metrics, and capital allocation analyses to ownership groups and banking partners.
