Your New Role
As Chief Financial Officer, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to the President, guiding financial strategy, strengthening operations, and positioning the company for continued growth.
Responsibilities
Lead Accounting, Finance, IT, and Tax functions, building on a strong foundation while identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen reporting and support informed decision‑making.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, cash management, and corporate reporting.
Manage a high‑performing team, mentor staff, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Translate financial insights into business strategy, partner with leaders across the company, evaluate opportunities, navigate risk, and drive sustainable growth.
Serve as trusted advisor to the President, providing thoughtful guidance that moves the business forward.
Qualifications
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in accounting, finance, and organizational management.
Experience overseeing a 20+ person team with annual revenue of $1B+.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related discipline required.
CPA & MBA or other advanced business degree strongly preferred.
Real estate investment experience highly preferred.
