Title: Chief Financial Officer – Private Family Office

Salary: $200,000–$300,000 DOE

Location: Jamaica Plain, MA (4 days onsite)

Chief Financial Officer – Private Family Office Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the overall finance and accounting function for the family office and related entities

• Lead tax planning and strategy across complex individual and entity structures

• Coordinate with outside CPA firms and tax advisors on compliance, filings, and planning initiatives

• Oversee financial reporting, cash flow, forecasting, and liquidity management

• Provide financial oversight across investments, holdings, and affiliated entities

• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to family principals on recurring and strategic matters

Chief Financial Officer – Private Family Office Qualifications:

• Prior family office experience required

• Active CPA designation required

• Strong public accounting foundation

• High-level tax expertise across complex individual and multi-entity structures

• Advanced technical accounting and financial reporting experience

• Polished, discreet executive presence with the ability to work directly with family principals
