The role supervises two CPAs and administrative staff and covers accounting, trust administration, tax compliance, and investment-partnership management across multiple entities. Requires a BS in Accounting, 15+ years' experience, an MST and CPA.

The role supervises two CPAs and administrative staff while handling accounting, trust administration, tax compliance, and investment-partnership management across multiple entities.
Key duties include: supervising the accounting and trust-administration teams; overseeing pension-plan compliance; coordinating with external advisors; managing aircraft and yacht expenses; and approving capital movements.
Requirements:
BS in Accounting with 15+ years of experience, an MST degree, and a CPA credential required. The candidate needs strong high-net-worth client experience, family office familiarity, and staff-leadership background. Desired traits include a hands-on yet delegating leadership style, exceptional organization, emotional intelligence, integrity, and a willingness and flexibility to take calls or respond to emails during evenings and weekends.
