Job description
Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is seeking a senior executive to plan and direct the property’s Food & Beverage operations. You will oversee culinary, banquets, catering, beverage operations, and related support functions, delivering guest-focused experiences and maintaining brand standards.
The role requires a BS/BA in a related field and at least 10 years of F&B leadership experience, with strong budgeting and leadership capabilities. On-site work at the Tampa property is expected.
