Job description
The Chief Growth & Strategy Officer serves as the executive leader responsible for developing and executing Complete Care's enterprise growth strategy. This executive is accountable for creating and leading one integrated Growth organization by aligning Business Development, Marketing, Brand, Communications, Digital Strategy, Market Intelligence, Public Relations, and Strategic Partnerships under a shared vision, common priorities, unified performance metrics, and a single enterprise growth strategy. Working in close partnership with Operations and Executive Leadership, the Chief Growth & Strategy Officer identifies growth opportunities, strengthens market position, expands referral and partnership networks, enhances brand reputation, and drives sustainable occupancy growth through data-driven strategy, innovation, and organizational alignment. This role ensures every growth initiative is measurable, operationally aligned, and directly supports Complete Care's long-term success.
Major Duties and Responsibilities of Chief Growth and Strategy Officer
Develop and execute the organization's enterprise growth strategy
Provide executive leadership for Business Development, Marketing, Brand, Communications, Digital Marketing, Market Intelligence, Public Relations, and Growth Strategy
Create and lead one integrated Growth organization with shared priorities, unified performance metrics, and accountability
Lead market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth
Evaluate new market opportunities, service line expansion, strategic partnerships, and other growth initiatives
Develop long-term enterprise growth strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
Partner with Operations to develop market-specific growth strategies
Collaborate with Operations to remove barriers to census growth and align enterprise growth initiatives with operational execution
Oversee referral development, physician outreach, hospital relationships, and strategic partnerships
Oversee branding, public relations, digital strategy, website, social media, and reputation management
Develop and maintain an executive growth scorecard measuring occupancy growth, referral conversion, marketing ROI, digital engagement, brand reputation, and pipeline development
Partner with Human Resources on recruitment marketing and employer branding
Identify emerging industry trends and evaluate innovative growth opportunities
Leverage technology, analytics, and AI to improve organizational growth and market competitiveness
Build, mentor, and develop high-performing leaders
Represent Complete Care with industry partners and community organizations
Participate in executive leadership, operational, census, financial, and strategic planning meetings
Support executive leadership with special projects and enterprise initiatives

Maintain confidentiality of protected information
Support resident rights and quality initiatives
Participate in emergency preparedness activities
Complete required education and compliance training
Required Qualifications of Chief Growth and Strategy Officer
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum ten years of executive leadership experience
Healthcare or multi-site leadership experience preferred
Demonstrated success leading enterprise growth initiatives across Business Development, Marketing, Brand, Communications, or Strategy
Experience integrating multiple functional teams under one strategic vision
Strong strategic planning, financial, organizational, and change leadership skills
